Please be sure to read through my cancellation policy before booking your appointment. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have any conflicts with your scheduled appointment time please reschedule online 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures I have enough time to fill your spot. After two cancellations or rescheduled appointments I require a deposit of 20% of your scheduled appointment to confirm. This deposit will be subtracted from your total at the end of your completed service. If you do not show for the scheduled appointment this deposit will not be refunded. Clients who reschedule or cancel consistently cause me and many hair stylists a lot of stress so please be courteous of our time! I respect the time of my clients so please be courteous of mine!
